For manufacturer defect, we will either replace the product or refund the full amount of your order.
If you decide that you do not need or do not want the product once it arrives, you may return the product. However, you will be required to pay the industry standard 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges back to the originating manufacturer.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
